Second Drop-Off: No appointment necessary

This is only for consignors who have already dropped off Monday or Tuesday

Please have your items sorted by gender and size. Group them with rubber bands.  You will need to display your things on the sales floor after they have been inspected for acceptance.  Please allow an hour in your schedule for drop off.  In order to maintain the high standard of quality merchandise, ALL ITEMS will need to be inspected.  Please read through our links on the left under "be a consignor" so you'll be fully informed.

Sign a waiver.  To save time at check-in, download the waiver and bring it with you to drop off.   A link to the waiver will be here soon.

Bring a first-class stamp (no envelope).  JBF will provide the envelope to send your check in.  If you don't have a stamp, bring $.50 and we will provide one for you.

FYI-This fall the longest line at drop off was right when drop off began.
During mid-day and meal times there was no line.

Please double check all tags for accuracy.  We will not be responsible for mistagged or mispriced items or items without tags.  These are your items and ultimately your money, please follow pricing guidelines to a tee!

Pick up your shop-early passes and your "friend passes"  At the end of the sale, we will take all "friend passes" that have been turned in and draw two.  The consignor's names on those passes will receive 80% on their items.

Volunteering?  If you have signed up as a volunteer and will be attending a presale, visit the volunteer table to get your appropriate presale pass.

Furniture/heavy items?  If you have scheduling conflicts with drop off times (for example, you have a large furniture piece you need your husbands help unloading), please email Amber@jbfsale.com.  We may have some small windows of flexibility and may be able to work with you.

Please remember, we can not guarantee that someone will be able to assist you with unloading.  Plan on bringing your own "muscle" for these items.

If you do have 300 or more clothing pieces and you choose NOT to donate your unsold items, it will be necessary for you to work a 4 hour breakdown shift.  You will earn volunteer benefits for this time.

Evening Pick Up Time:
Tuesday, February 16th from 5-7pm (Bring ID)

PLEASE READ !!!!   ID Required at Pick-Up

We will now require consignors who are picking up their unsold merchandise to bring their ID to pick up.  If someone other than the original consignor will be picking up the unsold merchandise, it must be noted on the waiver.

If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you and note their name on your waiver when dropping off your merchandise.

Items not picked up between 5pm and 7pm on Tuesday, February 16th, 2009 will be donated to one of our charities. The donation truck will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time, and it is not possible for us to take items not picked up home with us. After the stated pick-up, it is out of our hands and you will need to use the donated items as a tax deduction.

No one can be admitted prior to 5pm, due to the sorting process.

Please be aware: If we sort your items (you do not mark your items with a D) AND you have 20 or more hanging items left AND you do not pick up your items that we have spent hours sorting, a penalty of 5% of your sales will be deducted from your check.  This is not something we like to enforce, but sorting items takes loads of volunteers and time.  You may choose, after gathering your items at pick-up, to donate any you've changed your mind about keeping, and we will donate those to our charity for you.
